What guests say
Guests frequently mention friendly staff and generally good service, with positive notes about food and breakfast. Several comments point to rooms feeling clean and nicely decorated. However, some feedback highlights inconsistent room provisioning (small items varying between rooms) and a need to request housekeeping rather than it happening automatically. A few complaints also focus on maintenance and comfort issues such as elevator downtime, noisy air conditioning, and noise from other guests at irregular hours.
