Be found by people planning a stay, and by the AI answering them
Inndexia gives every property a permanent reference entry. Claim yours to control what it says, send guests straight to your own booking page, and see where the demand is coming from.
Travelers no longer start with a booking site. They ask a search engine or an AI assistant, and both answer from structured, well-written reference sources. Inndexia is built to be one of those sources: every property gets a permanent, plainly written, machine-readable entry, whether or not anyone pays us a cent.
Why an index entry matters
A booking listing disappears the moment you stop paying for it. An index entry does not. Your Inndexia page is a stable URL with structured data attached, the kind of page search engines rank and AI assistants quote when someone asks where to stay in your city.
Search visibility
Every entry ships as fully rendered HTML with schema.org markup for the property, its location, amenities, and FAQ, so crawlers read the whole page without executing a line of JavaScript.
AI recommendations
Assistants summarize from clean, structured, non-promotional text. That is exactly what an entry is written to be, so your property can be cited rather than skipped.
City and theme hubs
Your property is linked from its city page, its country, its brand, its amenities, and any editorial collection it earns a place in, real internal links, not a dead-end listing.
Guests who already decided
People reach an entry while comparing places, not while browsing deals. The traffic is small, late in the decision, and heading somewhere specific.
What you get when you claim
Claiming verifies that you speak for the property and unlocks the owner dashboard. Everything below is yours from that point on.
Your booking link, not ours
The affiliate link comes down the moment a claim is approved and is replaced by the direct booking URL you choose. Every click goes to you.
Listing editor
Correct the details that matter, photos, amenities, and property facts, so the entry reflects the place as it is today.
Reply to reviews
Respond publicly to first-party reviews left on Inndexia. You can always reply; you can never edit or delete a guest's words.
Analytics with an AI split
Booking-link clicks over time, plus a directional referrer breakdown separating Google, AI search, and other sources, and the search terms behind them.
Property health score
A running check on what is missing or thin on your entry, so you know exactly what to fix next.
Plans that fit
Monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime claim. Pricing and what each tier includes are shown before you verify anything.
How claiming works
Find your property
Search Inndexia for it. If it is already indexed, its entry has a claim link. If it is not indexed yet, tell us and it enters the ingestion queue.
Verify ownership
We email a one-time code to an address on the property's own domain. Free mailbox providers are not accepted; if you have no domain email, a manual review path exists.
Choose a plan
Monthly, yearly, or lifetime, priced up front and paid through Stripe. No sales call.
Take over the entry
The affiliate link is removed, your booking URL goes live, and the dashboard opens with the listing editor, reviews, and analytics.
What paying does not buy
This is the part most platforms leave vague, so we will be blunt about it. A claim buys you control of your own entry and a direct booking link. It does not buy you a better write-up, a higher position, or a friendlier review summary.
The editorial description, the review theme summary, and any ranking in a collection are produced the same way for a claimed property and an unclaimed one. An unclaimed property is never penalized for staying unclaimed, and a claimed one is never promoted for paying.
On reviews Guest reviews written on Inndexia belong to the guest. Claiming lets you reply in public; it never lets you remove, hide, or rewrite a review, and it never changes the rating shown on your entry.
Owner questions
- Is my property already on Inndexia?
- Possibly. Properties are added city by city through our ingestion pipeline, and entries are published only after a human review. Search for your property name; if there is an entry, it carries a claim link. If there is not one yet, you can ask for your city to be indexed.
- What does it cost to claim my property?
- There are three plans: monthly, yearly, and a one-time lifetime claim. Exact prices are shown on the claim page for your property before you verify anything or enter payment details.
- Do I have to claim my property to be listed?
- No. Indexing is free and happens whether or not you ever claim. Claiming changes who controls the entry and where its booking link points, not whether the property is included.
- Can I change what the description says about my property?
- You can correct facts, photos, and amenities, and those changes flow through the entry. The core editorial description stays consistent for every visitor rather than becoming marketing copy, because that neutrality is what makes the page worth citing in the first place.
- How do you verify that I represent the property?
- By emailing a one-time code to an address on the property's own domain, which we check against the domain on the entry. Free providers such as Gmail are rejected. If you genuinely have no domain email, you can submit the claim for manual review instead.
- What happens to the affiliate link on my entry?
- It is removed as soon as your claim is approved and replaced with the booking URL you supply. We stop earning commission on your property at that moment.
- Can I see whether AI assistants are sending me guests?
- The analytics tab splits booking-link clicks into Google, AI search, other, and unknown referrers, alongside the search terms available from those referrers. It is directional rather than exact, and the dashboard says so.
