What guests say

The review excerpts describe sharply different experiences with staff: one praises the manager and staff, while another reports an unhelpful front desk. One guest describes an older room, a soft-feeling carpet, and an air-conditioning unit that did not cool effectively. That guest also singled out the view and easy parking as positives, so room condition and service appear to vary in the available feedback.
