What guests say

Reviews show a split experience: some guests report friendly, service-oriented staff and good value for the price, including comfort with longer stays. Others describe serious negatives, including concerns about cleanliness (such as odors and dusty rooms) and dissatisfaction with towel/room condition. Safety and noise/nighttime activity in the surrounding area are also raised as issues by some guests. Policy and management interactions, including disputes about refunds, appear as an additional point of complaint in negative feedback.
