Travel tips

If your plans center on South Beach, you can reach Nikki Beach Miami Beach and South Pointe Park Pier on foot from 221 Collins Ave, and Lummus Park is also close by. For mainland Miami stops such as Bayside Marketplace, PAMM, or Wynwood Walls (roughly 5–7 km away), plan for a short ride rather than walking. Given mixed cleanliness notes in a small set of reviews, consider checking your bathroom condition on arrival and flagging any issues early to staff.

What guests say

Reviews emphasize a convenient Miami Beach location and generally strong impressions of the rooms, with service also singled out positively. Cleanliness is a recurring theme but not fully consistent: some guests describe the hotel as very clean, while another notes shortcomings in bathroom cleaning. With only five reviews contributing to the public rating, the feedback suggests strengths in location and overall stay experience, alongside a watch item around housekeeping consistency.
