Travel tips

If you’re planning to attend a game or concert at State Farm Stadium, confirm shuttle availability in advance—guest feedback indicates shuttle service may exclude “big events.” For dining and entertainment, Westgate Entertainment District is a short drive away (about 2.8 km). Many popular Phoenix museums and gardens are closer to 18–19 km away, so plan extra drive time if you’re pairing Glendale with central Phoenix sightseeing.

What guests say

Guests frequently highlight clean rooms and a generally comfortable stay, with positive mentions of suite quality and a good breakfast selection (including hot items). Location is often described as convenient for nearby entertainment like Westgate and local attractions. Staff feedback is mixed: some guests praise friendly, service-oriented employees, while at least one report describes unresponsive handling of hygiene and maintenance concerns. A recurring caution is to verify event-day transportation plans, as shuttle service expectations may not match what’s available for major stadium events.
