What guests say
Guests often praise the friendly, helpful staff, including front desk restaurant recommendations. They also like the good-sized rooms with a living area and small kitchenette setup, the breakfast and the location. One detailed negative review reported a dirty room on arrival, a long wait for a replacement room that was also poorly cleaned, and a billing dispute with rude phone service. That complaint about cleanliness and customer service stands apart from the mostly positive comments.
