Travel tips
Because the motel sits directly off Interstate 71, a car is the most practical way to reach Columbus attractions, many of which are 10-15 miles away and best accessed by road. Given reported issues with reservation cancellations during high-demand periods, travelers should confirm bookings directly with the property, particularly if visiting during local events. Arriving with realistic expectations about the budget nature of the property, and inspecting the room upon check-in, is advisable based on guest feedback.
What guests say
Guest reviews present a mixed and polarized picture of this property. Positive feedback highlights friendly, helpful staff, a convenient location, and good value for families and groups traveling on a budget. Negative feedback is significant and recurring, citing cleanliness problems such as stained bedding, pest sightings, and trash left in bathrooms, as well as concerns about the surrounding area's safety and suspected drug activity. Additional complaints mention malfunctioning televisions and at least one report of a confirmed reservation being cancelled upon arrival, leading to unexpected costs and frustration.
