What guests say
Positive comments mention friendly staff and, in some stays, clean rooms, comfortable bedding, cable TV, and in-room coffee. Other guests describe cleanliness problems, including dirty floors and a reported bug, as well as concerns about unpleasant-smelling water, limited hot water, poor tub drainage, and a nonworking bathroom outlet. One review also reports no ice machine and dissatisfaction with the response to a request for a discount, while another praises the staff, so service impressions are mixed.
