What guests say
Guest feedback reflected in available excerpts points to maintenance responsiveness as a potential issue, with at least one report of a shower temperature/operation problem taking several days to resolve. This suggests that some guests may experience delays in repairs or follow-through after reporting problems. With a 3.2/5 public rating across 358 reviews, overall satisfaction appears mixed. No other specific recurring positives or negatives were provided beyond the maintenance example, so additional themes are not documented here.
