Studio Apartment in Miami Beach
Guest rating: 4.5 / 5
Overview
This studio apartment offers a turn-key stay in Miami Beach, positioned close to the beach and nearby restaurants. It combines a private bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed, making it flexible for solo travelers, couples, or small groups sharing the space.
Unit Character
The apartment includes a closet, a modern dining table with 3 chairs, and a 40-inch LED TV with cable service. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are provided throughout, and the unit is designated smoke-free.
Kitchen & Self-Catering
A well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, and blender, along with a set of dishes and glasses for up to 4 guests. This setup allows guests to prepare their own meals rather than relying solely on nearby dining options.
Amenities & Beach Extras
The property comes stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, along with regular towels, a hairdryer, and an iron and ironing board for guest use. A washer is available on-site for laundry, and the building includes an elevator for easier access to the unit.
Location
The apartment is situated next to the beach and within reach of local restaurants, making it convenient for guests who want quick access to Miami Beach's shoreline and dining scene. No other specific nearby landmarks or transit points are documented.
Best for
This studio suits couples, solo travelers, or small groups looking for a self-catering beach stay, thanks to the full kitchen, dining setup for 4, and included beach gear like chairs and umbrella. It's also a good fit for travelers who prefer apartment-style independence over a traditional hotel room, given the in-unit washer, ironing board, and kitchen equipment.
Travel tips
Since the apartment is located next to the beach, pack for sun and sand and take advantage of the included beach chairs, umbrella, and towels rather than renting your own. The on-site washer and ironing board make it easy to pack lighter and do laundry mid-stay, which is useful for longer visits. No nearby transit or landmark details are documented, so guests should confirm parking and transportation logistics directly with the host or property manager ahead of arrival.
What guests say
With only four reviews contributing to a 4.5 rating, the available feedback is limited but generally positive. There isn't enough detail in the excerpts to identify specific recurring praise or complaints about aspects like cleanliness, staff, or noise. The rating suggests overall guest satisfaction with the stay, though no distinct themes can be confidently drawn from the limited review volume.
