The approximately 900-square-foot vintage Florida cottage was built in 1955 and received major updates in 2019/2020 (kitchen, bathrooms, living areas), with impact-resistant windows and a new A/C and ductwork added in 2020 and a new roof in 2021. It’s set up for self-catering with a full kitchen (oven/stove, microwave, cookware and settings for up to six), plus in-home laundry (washer/dryer) and comfort features like heating, air conditioning, and a fireplace. Outdoor living is a highlight, with a screened-in porch with a ceiling fan and a side garden seating area with a gas grill and fountain. Practical extras include free Wi‑Fi, cable TV, driveway/carport parking (up to three vehicles; no street parking), and family-friendly supplies such as a crib, beach towels, and assorted beach toys. The location is geared to space-coast sightseeing—Kennedy Space Center attractions are nearby, and local dining options range from walkable spots like Loyd Have Mercy Restaurant (~930 m) and El Leoncito - Titusville (~977 m) to breweries and seafood favorites a short drive away.
