Its standout feature is an on-site hot tub, complemented by a patio for relaxing outdoors.
Rooms & Layout
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, and sleeps guests across three beds. Air conditioning and heating are included throughout, along with a crib for traveling families and a washer for longer stays.
Kitchen & Dining
The well-fitted kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, along with a tea and coffee maker, making it easy for guests to prepare full meals rather than rely on outside dining. An outdoor grill on the patio adds an option for cooking and eating outside.
Amenities & Recreation
Beyond the hot tub and patio, the villa offers free Wi-Fi, free private parking, cable TV with a flat-screen set, an ironing board, and an elevator. The property is also pet-friendly, smoke-free, and wheelchair accessible, broadening its appeal to a range of travelers.
Best for
This villa suits families or small groups traveling together, thanks to its three bedrooms, crib availability, full kitchen, and washer for extended stays. It also appeals to travelers seeking a relaxing, low-key visit, given the hot tub, patio, and sun terrace, and to pet owners since the property is pet-friendly.
Travel tips
Since the villa comes with free private parking, arriving by car is a convenient way to reach the property in Parsons/Decaturville. Guests planning to cook should take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill rather than relying on nearby dining, as no nearby restaurants or attractions are documented. Book ahead if traveling with pets or young children, as the crib and pet-friendly policy make this a popular choice for both groups.
