Gorgeous Modern Compound w/ private resort backyard & full outdoor kitchen
Overview
This is a private gated modern estate in North Decatur, built for productions, events, and high-end gatherings rather than traditional overnight stays. The 6,000-square-foot contemporary home sits on approximately 1.5 acres with full perimeter walls, iron gates, and dual driveways for easy load-in and parking. Its design emphasizes complete privacy, making it a distinctive setting rather than a standard hotel.
Interior & Living Spaces
Inside, the home features soaring ceilings, an open concept layout, a sleek bar and lounge area, multiple large TVs, and a theater and game room with a custom billiards table. Modern finishes and abundant natural light throughout make the interior well suited for filming, photography, interviews, and content creation.
Rooms & Bathrooms
The estate offers four spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed, providing ample room for guests to relax. Its five bathrooms include jetted bathtubs and showers, and climate control (air conditioning and heating) keeps the space comfortable year-round.
Outdoor & Resort-Style Backyard
The standout feature is a resort-style backyard with a 66-foot pool with cascading waterfalls, a large jacuzzi, a full outdoor kitchen, two oversized outdoor TVs, and an approximately 1,000-square-foot covered patio. This layout is designed for events, poolside shoots, lifestyle content, commercials, music videos, and upscale private gatherings.

Best for
This property is best suited for production crews, content creators, and event organizers seeking a private, camera-ready compound rather than typical leisure travelers. Groups needing multiple bedrooms with king beds and dedicated parking for load-in will also find it practical.
Travel tips
Because the estate is gated with full perimeter walls and dual driveways, arriving guests or crews should coordinate load-in logistics and parking in advance, especially for larger productions or events.
